• your candidates profile will not be get deleted in any situation.
• You are responsible to maintain and update the correct information and profile on website.

Subscription charges for Service

• Subscription charges for ICL service is Rs. 500/- (Five hundred rupees only)
• No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for any intents and purposes, underway in any situation.
• Both the candidates and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway subject to any terms that relate specifically to any of the services provided by the Company or by any Third Party.
• The receipt of registration charges once not indicated or can not be claimed as gurantee of the service or Job offers.
• Selection of the candidate will depend on their interview and the decision of the concern company's recruitment cell.
• Interview appointment letter will provided from JSAM Placement Services only after getting confirmation from the HR department of corresponding hiring company.
• The User of these services does not claim for the Interview appointment letter and / or offer letter in timely frame, as the appointments/ decisions are taken by the HR department of hiring company. We are playing the role as a mediator for recruitment process.

Service Validity

• ICL Service is only valid for next six month from date of subscription.
• After expiration of ICL service, re-subscription is required to continue the service.
• Resume writing service is valid upto the final approval of the candidate for its resume.

Application and Interview schedules

• ICL Service subscriber must have to apply for most suitable requirements. Wrong application/ apply records negative ranking in software.
• We offer 100% online service for ICL subscriber. No walk-in support will be provided.
• Interview against applied requirement will be scheduled after getting interview confirmation from respective company. No need to take follow up after application.
• Our HR executive confirm your availability for interview appointment and then send interview call letter on your registered email id.
• ICL subscriber can take interview call letter directly if walk-in interview dates are visible against the most suitable requirement.

Attending the Interviews

• Interview will be conducted on given appointment time at provided address only.
• Interviews are to be attended at your own cost.
• If company provides transportation expenses, you claim such expenses to company.
• JSAM Placement Services are not responsible for expenses done on attending the interview.
• Required documents should be available.
• Interview attendance feedback is mandatory. Fail to provide attendance feedback, company follow up will not be done for you.
• "Not Attended" for interview consider negative ranking in software and cause to stop ICL service.

Require documents at the time of interview

• Hard or Soft copy of interview appointment letter provided by JSAM Placement Services. Recent 2 passport size photographs.
• Two hard copy of Curriculum Viata/ Resume.
• Xerox & Original Copies of academic certificates.
• Xerox & Original Copies of experience certificates.
• For experienced: Last two months salary slips OR Offer & Joining letter of last employer.
